• A completed application form with picture included
• A copy of the student’s birth certificate or Ecuadorian identification card
• For applicants to 1st grade and above, copies of the final report cards from the previous three years.  These will be reviewed carefully.

Students applying to pre-kinder and above will take one or more admissions exams as indicated below:

• Pre-kinder and kinder applicants will take a general aptitude test.
• Applicants to grades 1 to 12 will take math, Spanish and English tests.
• Applicants to grades 3 to 12 will participate in an interview with the area director and/or counselor.
• All applicants must pay a $50.00 admissions exam(s) fee.

Students accepted to Colegio Menor may not defer their admission.  If they decide to enter the school at a later date, they must repeat the admissions process.
